Email support@masjidhub.co.in. In the app, open More > Request & Support > Raise a Ticket to report a problem, and follow its status there.

Add an area or masjid, or become a masjid admin

Open More > Request & Support in the app and choose:

• Add Missing Area if your area isn't listed yet
• Add New Masjid if a masjid near you is missing
• Become Masjid Admin to keep your masjid's timings up to date

We check every request and add it, usually within a few days. Admin requests are confirmed with the masjid before access is given.

Delete your account or data

You can use Masjid Hub without an account. Accounts exist only for masjid admins.

• Masjid admins: email support@masjidhub.co.in from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered mobile number. We delete your name, mobile number, roles and linked device data within 30 days, and confirm by email.
• Everyone else: uninstalling the app stops all data collection from your phone. To also delete the stored records for your install (push token, favourite masjids and settings), email us and we'll remove them.

Timing changes an admin published may be kept without their name, so the masjid's records stay correct. See the privacy policy for more.
